Do you know of anyone who has tried to conduct a mock trial in an online setting?
If so, how was it constructed? How well did it work?Online teachers: need advice about collaborative learning project?
Somethings just need to be completed in person. I would think such a project would fail miserably, and I would question what relevant learning would occur--sorry to be a cynic on this one!
Mock trials are lessons in public speaking.
Students need to interact with each other; this is why real law cases are tried in courtrooms not in message thread forums or chat rooms.
