talk to the clinic where u had ur abortion. signs of infection after abortion/miscarriage are a foul smelling vaginal discharge and fever. simple antibiotics will clear it up, leaving it untreated can cause serious complications later included infertility and death.

Well I got an infection after and it was horrible so after a trip to the doctors with strong antibiotics I was fine , go there or the gum clininc good luck with that !
Keep clean down below and no sex for ages is wise !
