or a few years ago I couldn't get answers to a painful problem,
I decided to call the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Mn, The Cleveland Clinic and the NY Hospital........
amazingly i got free telephone consultations from both Mayo and Cleveland, they were able to recommend someone they trained in my locale, I went, they fixed, 20+ years later I'm still pain free.
