I am new to this and i have heard of online scams etc. i want to buy Ulead Video Studio but i dont know how to pay for it online but i have the cash. Do i need to open a bank account or an account with some organisation or something and how do they work? i heard about paypal but i am not sure how it works.How do i buy online. advice please. to avoid being scammed, buy stuff only at trusted sites like ebay.com or at a official site that really sell that stuff. At ebay, u can buy with confidence by reviewing a seller's eBay feedback, the seller also provides mode of payment for buyers.
