How can I get online consumer advice / help ?

I Ordered a complete bike from and Inline bike store aztlan


Hey aztlan if you want your clients to be satisfied Please provide Tracking number Shipping and Insurance was $50


I'm nervous about receiving the paid for item


It has been a few weeks and no show


Tried Calling no answer and no reply on e mail


Should I tell my Son his bike was not delivered for his Birthday because of this poor customer service ?How can I get online consumer advice / help ?
contact paypal or your credit card company and seek a refund.

i found no on line store by that name. Did you sucker us into


going to a site that will put new cookies on our site??
