What is your advice on starting up and running an online magazine?

I have a great concept for an online magazine and am very passionate about making it work. I am doing my research and planning with the aim of having the site up in the next couple of months but because I don't have the experience I also feel a little overwhelmed. I suspect you may be confusing dreams with business reality. All the same, I agree you need a mentor and should not even consider investing in the idea until you have found others who were successful at it.





And that search could be a tough one by itself.
